breakfast: 5 eggs cheese omelet (cooked with lots of butter mixed with ultra virgin olive oil), 4 slices of bread (toasted and bought from a local bakery), 150 grs of oatmeal, and 330 ml of raw milk ( ) + 10.000 UI D3+100 mcg K2
snacks: banana, apple, yogurt, and some nuts (lol!!!!!!!!)
lunch: grilled mushrooms, pasta with tomato paste, carrot salad, and 150 grs of LIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
supper: water
dinner: 180 grs of rice, 400 grs of chicken breast, steamed veggies( ), 1 boiled potato, 3 beers
IF I EAT LIKE THIS EVERY DAY FOR 9 MONTHS I'M GONNA MOG RONNIE COLEMAN WITHOUT ROIDS BOOOOIIIISSSS!!!!!!!
