I liked the very clear seperation of the different races in the old one.
So one could rate someone more within their own race, percentile.
now it's still kinda like that in this rating scale, but way less clear imo.

its still racially divided ... arab , south asian , latino , white, black, east asian basically. 1 example of each in each number
