Solid work but bench is one of the most useless exercises. Youll just set back results. Ill only use bench to see if i have improved in a period of time.

why are you switching your triceps training and not training it alongside supporting muscles? and why are you training it with completely opposite muscular functions on friday? also some of these exercises could be switched for better alternatives
