I've been rigorously making the best fucking routine to help me ascend at the the youthful age of 15 and i don't know anything else i should be adding to make it any better. Bless this thread with your knowledge and improve this routine. You can also use it as your own template if you really wanted to as i would say its not too bad. Currently I am 15yo 187cm 65kg with a bf % of 10% so no im not fucking victim weight.
+ I know there is no bonesmashing in it i js havent added it yet and i do use a dick stretcher and pumper so no need to tell me about that. Just find something useful to help me out could be anything
Here is my daily routine (read the whole fucking thing or LDAR):
School Day Routine (Monday to Friday)
Morning Protocol (5:30 AM - 7:30 AM)
AFTER-SCHOOL PROTOCOL (4:25 PM - 9:30 PM)

School Day Routine (Monday to Friday)
Morning Protocol (5:30 AM - 7:30 AM)
- 5:30 AM - WAKE: Cortisol & Thyroid Activation
- Immediate Actions:
- 500ml ice-cold water with 1 scoop D-BLOAT (Ascend Labs) + ½ lemon.
- Cold shower: 5 minutes, avoid hair.
- Spinal stretching: 5 minutes (cat-cow, cobra pose, hanging from pull-up bar).
- Breathing: 30 Wim Hof cycles (approx. 5-10 minutes).
- Gentle Jaw Stretches:
- Slowly open and close your mouth 10 times, without forcing it open wide.
- Move your jaw side to side 10 times (left to right). Glide your jaw forward and back 10 times.
- Focus on smooth, controlled movements—no clicking or popping.
- Early Morning Stack:
- Alpha GPC 600mg
- SubQ Injections: MT-2 (250mcg) + BPC-157 (250mcg) + GHK-CU (1mg) and Phosphate Buffered Saline + Cerebrolysin (10ml at Ventrogluteal site, 6 weeks on and off)
- 5:55 AM - PRE-SPRINT STACK
- With 1 tablespoon MCT oil:
- Astaxanthin 5mg
- Quercetin 800mg + Bromelain 165mg
- Aromasin 12.5mg
- Telmisartan 20mg
- Cialis 5mg
- Eplerenone 50mg
- 6:00 AM - FASTED ANABOLIC ACTIVATION
- Dynamic Warm-up (5 minutes):
- 2 minutes of light jump rope (basic bounce).
- Dynamic stretches: leg swings, torso twists, arm circles.
- Sprint Intervals (20-25 minutes):
- Structure:
- 30 seconds: All-out sprint.
- 90 seconds: Active recovery - steady-state jump rope
- Repeat for 8 rounds.
- Power Development (5 minutes):
- Max Vertical Jumps: 5 sets of 10 jumps.
- Rest 60 seconds between sets.
- High-Intensity Jump Rope Finisher (3-5 minutes):
- Perform high-intensity intervals: 30 seconds of maximum speed singles followed by 30 seconds of rest.
- Repeat 3-5 times.
- 6:45 AM – POST SPRINT ROUTINE
- Oral Hygiene: Brush teeth thoroughly and apply teeth whitening strips afterwards. (Remove 30-60 minutes later)
- Post Shower Protocol (30 minutes):
- Pre-cleanse lymphatic activation with Gua Sha (3 minutes).
- Cleanse with Based Bodyworks facial cleanser (2 minutes).
- Shaving with single-blade razor (use BHA exfoliant 2-3x weekly).
- Active treatment: Vitamin C serum 10% and azelaic acid 10% (3 minutes).
- GHK-Cu Application: Apply topical GHK-Cu serum to face and neck. Gently pat until absorbed. (2 minutes)
- Eyebrow and eyelash grooming: castor oil/rosemary oil mixture, lash serum, heated lash curler (3 minutes).

- 7:15 AM - PEAK ANABOLIC NUTRITION WINDOW
- Meal 1: Testosterone & Thyroid Optimization
- 6 whole pastured eggs + 40g raw cheddar cheese (scrambled or omelette for efficiency).
- 3-6 raw oysters (if available; otherwise, supplement with zinc).
- 50g raw beef liver (5x a week; can be pre-sliced and frozen).
- 250ml raw kefir.
- Post-Meal Supplements:
- Vitamin D3 5000IU + K2 200mcg
- Omega-3s 3g EPA/DHA
- 100 µg Semax Nasal Spray (Duration: 5 to 10 days, followed by 20-25 days off.)
- DURING SCHOOL (8:30 AM - 3:50 PM)
- Meal 2: Simplified Lunch (around 12:00 PM)
- Packed meal: 350g mincemeat or red meat (pre-cooked), 2 sweet potatoes, 1 avocado.
- Optional: Sauerkraut and lamb heart (3x a week).
- Post-Meal Supplements:
- OPC UltraComplex 400mg (take with lunch).
- 100 µg Semax Nasal Spray
- Chew gum throughout the school day.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROTOCOL (4:25 PM - 9:30 PM)
- 4:25 PM – PRE-WORKOUT MEAL
- Hydration:
- 375ml raw coconut water (Rebel’s Kitchen).
- 2 green kiwis.
- Cream of Rice:
- Cream of Rice: 75g blended white rice with 225ml boiling water, 30g whey protein isolate, 10g maple syrup, 150g blueberries.
- 4:40 PM - ARRIVE HOME
- Quick change into workout clothes.
- Prepare intra/post-workout shake.
- Jaw Exercises:
- Cold Therapy: If your jaw is sore from chewing, apply an ice wrapped in a cloth to the jaw joints for 5 minutes to reduce inflammation.
- Resisted Opening: Place your thumb under your chin and gently push upward as you open your mouth slowly. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 5 times.
- Tongue Press: Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth and slowly open and close your jaw 10 times. This helps stabilize the joint.
- 5:15 PM - RESISTANCE TRAINING: HORMONE SUPERCHARGE
- Hypertrophy Training (1.5 hours):
- Focus on hypertrophic movements with 5-6 reps per set, 3 minutes rest between sets.
- Clavicle Growth:
- Reeve’s Deadlift: 3x12-15 (slowly performed on posterior day).
- Intra-Workout Shake: 50g cyclic dextrin powder + 7.7g amino complex in 625ml ice-cold water + 375ml raw coconut water (Rebel’s Kitchen).
- Rest Day Training:
- 6:30 PM - POST-WORKOUT ANABOLIC SURGE

- Blue light blocking: Wear orange glasses.
- Evening Supplements:
