correlation, there could be, but there is definitively never any causation yes.
And my explanation is that eyelid as in orbitals are an evolutionary product, due to cold climate. You can be as high Prenatal T that you want, if you don't the cold climate genes or mongoloid genes, you can't expect to have hunterish eyes.
