I don't understand what cause a long, sharp and downturned medial canthus

What bones are responsible for this, someone said it's because of low nasal bridge, but Asians don't have this as I observe irl and Gandy probably biggest medial canthus mogger gave more high nasal bridge and prominent nose overall So what's your ideas?
