Rate this male Rhino result? What’s wrong?

It’s not me but this was performed by my doctor. I told him to make my nose as straight as possible.
After 2 months, I will know the result. Right now got good amount of swelling on nose.

A little bit but not that bad. Overall a huge improvement even though the after might look a tiny bit uncanny.

Nah removing the dorsal hump and fixing the deviated nose from the front helped his aesthetics.

result is fine to me, left nostril looks like a bit uneven but his starting point was a very crooked nose

Yes these are good results.

TBH when it comes to rhino I think the hardest part to execute in a natural way is the alar reduction. Fixing a deviated nose bridge and /or a dorsal hump I think is relatively easy. Thinning the tip might not be too bad either. But reducing the nostrils can look uncanny. He seems to have done it well on the first before / after.

these results are bad imo. the nose looks feminized and overly narrow. but the real reason I dont like the results is I think for a masculine nose from front view you dont want a smooth transition from dorsum to nasal tip complex. the tip should be projected enough that the crural footplates make the nose look sharp and defined instead of smooth and round and soft.
