Will sleep 8 hours, eat ≈4 times a day with high protein, exercise, stretch

I wont take ai cuz I already have low E. The goal is few cm of height, so I’m ok with plates closing fast

What are these things?

Huperzine A is a acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. Pair it with Alpha GPC which increases acetylcholine which inhibits somatostatin.

Taking just a somatostatin inhibitor is not enough when acetylcholinesterase is lowering your inhibitor of somatostatin, acetylcholine.

dont take 3mg of melatonin daily
only on weekends, days where you can sleep 12h +

I wouldnt take glucosamine will surpress igf1 (idk if its true) but when I took it I did not grow for the whole time
