An 8? Or maybe 9? Should I lean bulk more for higher score or lean down with current muscle mass? Opinions?

What should I train more? Also I feel my head is wya too big for my body. Do I need to lean bulk more to fight this issue?

Lean bulk for 2 months then cut roght now its a 7,5 8 (im exigeant because i can tell you your bosy is a halo but not enough to make a hige diff) get to 11% after the lean bulk and yoj will get a 9,5 body enough for good body halo the next step would be roid

How often do you work out every week, number of days?
What is the average number of exercises you do, and on average number of sets & reps? I'm assuming high rep count?

What exercises did you do for your shoulders, back and arms?

5ft10 and half without fraud. Idk what I've been doing last couple months. I'd say just maingaining or slight cut. But now I am lean bulking with clean food. Cuz shit food fucks my gains. If work out 6 times a week. I mostly do dropsets. I never skip arms. I do them every day. Back just lat pull down and chest supported rows, shoulders cable lat raises and dB lat raises. Arms just spam every curl and extension U know. I hope this helps. What does normie rating mean? U mean irl?
