Lean bulk for 2 months then cut roght now its a 7,5 8 (im exigeant because i can tell you your bosy is a halo but not enough to make a hige diff) get to 11% after the lean bulk and yoj will get a 9,5 body enough for good body halo the next step would be roidAn 8? 5ft10 and half without fraud. Idk what I've been doing last couple months. I'd say just maingaining or slight cut. But now I am lean bulking with clean food. Cuz shit food fucks my gains. If work out 6 times a week. I mostly do dropsets. I never skip arms. I do them every day. Back just lat pull down and chest supported rows, shoulders cable lat raises and dB lat raises.
