he has high-set cheekbones which is what gives him the hollow cheeks. though yeah actually he might be sucking in/biting on his cheeks cause theyre usually not that hollow - idk tbh

yeah tbh looked back at some pictures and he has pretty good zygos, theres candid pics of him with hollow cheeks so i doubt he was biting his cheeks
for example in this picture his mouth is open yet he still has hollow cheeks

tbh chico actually has pretty good cheekbones
