there is nothing big that i can do to maxilla,just me i think and thumbpulling if i do it correctly,without surgery its over for me and i can’t reach HTN so i accept it.Anyways its not much and i already have attention from girls but i got heightmogged its the main thing too im 170cm,keeps me in friend zone
