diy filler for the jaw and lips (if u consider that a softmax) and neck training for a wider neck. u could also do other softmaxxes to get fuller lips, i js dont know them bcuz i've never had to worry about that issue.

true. i'll just list out what he can do in a bit more detail right now. filler or implants for the jaw, neck training for the neck, filler or fat transfer for the lips, filler or implants for the zygos. for the pfl he could do lower eyelid retraction, filler/implants, pdo threads, etc.
