diy filler for the jaw and lips (if u consider that a softmax) and neck training for a wider neck. u could also do other softmaxxes to get fuller lips, i js dont know them bcuz i've never had to worry about that issue.

u dont necessarily need scleral show to benefit from lower eyelid retraction. but i can see lower eyelid retraction maybe making ur eye area look uncanny, u can do other stuff to make ur pfl higher.
