Accutane asap, make sure ur taking rlly good care of ur skin while ur on it too, sunscreen is a must or youll be a fucking tomato, La Roche-Posay tinted very good.

Accutane is doing wonders for me atm, nothing else I tried worked, just make sure you moisturize and use lip balm while you're on it, doing great overall bro

only side effect is overall dryness of skin, as long as you moisturize and use lip balm you should be fine bro
