Accutane asap, make sure ur taking rlly good care of ur skin while ur on it too, sunscreen is a must or youll be a fucking tomato, La Roche-Posay tinted very good.

Accutane is doing wonders for me atm, nothing else I tried worked, just make sure you moisturize and use lip balm while you're on it, doing great overall bro
