Fix Masseter Assymetry, Botox Frontalis to get eyebrows down, Hydrocortisone on Nose Tip, shave the stache im, even skin is better ROI and train neck if possible.

Think all of this can put you in MTN, anything else would be entering Osteotomy Territory.
Everything I named is based off of what I could see as flaw's, I'd recommend checking ratio's and then seeing what can be fixed next.
