tretinoin can reduce the size of ur nose and for the asymmetry for the past like 2 or 3 weeks firstly i went on tiktok inverted filter and just had a look at what was asymmetric and it was my nose and my right side so i’ve been sleeping and laying only on my left side and checking progress everyday aswell as grabbing the inside of my noise with pointer fingers and applying force to the cartilage in the direction i want it to go untilll the pain is 4-5/10 idk if that contributed to my nose being more symmetrical but those are the only 2 things ive been doing for that so one of them has workedYeah but what should i do about it??

Mostly shit ngl, I have eggs and bread in the morning and for lunch and dinner it’s just whatever my parents get or make me. It’s not predictable at all considering my parents just know how to make every food ever. I’ve convinced them to let me have chicken and rice and i think it might be possible to convince them to let me have that consistently.
no more bread (assuming its the superstore stuff) and rice cause they are notorious for causing water retention. get ur carbs from like sweet potatoes and other better sources (do ur research). also eat more ruminant meat like beef and try to Mabey salt ur foods a little less. you can also help ur sugar cravings by eating more fruits. idrk ur diet fully but you should definitely fix that before applying bullshit creams on ur face expecting results

try and eat fruits anyways. tell ur mother that u want to eat chicken/beef liver u dont need to ask right away that you want to eat heart or brain. organs have alot of nutrients idk what ur mother thinks are in organs but they wont kill u and thats something you gotta tell her.
