in the last picture your bone structure already looks good and close, i think its your eye area nad nose holding you back, your midface isnt bad at all

Thanks bro. I have no problems with females as of now since i’m tall as well. Aspies here will make you believe that you are subhuman because of your midface and low IPD but that’s what insecure aspies do lol. Don’t stress too much over it just focus on keeping your hair and collagen going.

There is a surgery called orbital box osteotomy that makes your eyes wide set and increases midface ratio but it’s only done on clinically deformed people so it’s basically a pipe dream and you won’t be able to get it for comestic reasons. I think the best thing you should do is just embrace it and not care too much.

Nope. You can get rhinoplasty but your midface will still be as long and your eyes will still look close set. I have a thin upturned nose and it still looks long as fuck lol.

That’s not what it is. The female has a narrow jaw and a downturned nose which gives the illusion of an overall long face not just midface specifically. Your jaw is wide and your nose is normal, your face is wide as well so your overall face doesn’t look long, it just’s just your midface specifically because of your close set eyes and long eyes (aka vertical length of the nose).

Ah okay I completely understand. So shortening my nose vertically would likely make is disproportionate? Also do you have any thoughts on the shape of my nose, does it need improvement in your opinion? Youre a library of knowledge to me man ahaha

Your nose looks bulbous from the front so maybe try to fix that. You also have too much upperlid exposure so try getting upperlid fillers.

Cool thanks ive thought the same regarding the nose, would I suit a defined straight set nose though? Also have heard the upper eyelid comment on another forum, are these fillers relatively cheap/easy?

Yeah they are cheap and easy. Your nose would look better if it looked more feminine obviously. You can’t really get away with any other flaw if you have a long midface.
