How do I improve side or fronts as well?

the only things you can do now not counting surgery are to get lean by going to the gym, eating in a calorie deficit and debloating since everything else is already maxed out like the hair and skin is good too. since you're over 18 you're not getting any bone mass or height so really just getting lean is the only way to improve and grooming.
