I understand I have lower third recession. My nose is also broken. Insurance only covered a septo for my nose (non cosmetic). Was wondering if anyone has ever got a genio or bimax approved by insurance for the purpose of sleep apnea and recession caused by a broken nose. If not would the better option be implants or fillers (fillers in lower thirds tend to migrate less) lmk what yall think.
