Missing 2 molars on the upper jaw

Upper pellet 32mm (getting maspe done soon)

Mandible,maxzilla,browridge,chin,infras recessed

Am I liable for double jaw surgery?

If you could give me the ratios on what is wrong and what it should be like would be helpful

Putting everything else aside, your airway is significantly narrowed.
Considering that you also have a very narrow upper jaw it’s very likely that the airway space is even more restricted.

not sure what the exact regulations are in your country but if you have health insurance, you would probably qualify for coverage or reimbursement through the NHS if it's a thing in your location.

Yes my airway is very bad expending it a lot of everything is well also going to talk about both possibilities for double jaw but outside of that do you know the ideal facial ratios?
