If thats really your full smile, then you have a narrow palate and if you have enough money or if insurance covers it, get palate expansion, it would easily take you up a tier and also give you health benefits, also you should improve your eyebrows and eyelashes, i reccomend trying minoxidil for eyebrows and getting bimatorprost for eyelashes, a really cheap way to minorly grow eyebrows is also dermastamp, its like a dollar per one, lasts a few weeks.
