I think it’s more the other way round than anything. Ratings should be completely anonymous including the op posting his pictures. People are A too afraid to disrespect their favorite user or B just want to troll a greycel. Most people don’t know how to rate either. They could see a good eye area or jaw and instantly say htn and ignore the other 2/3s of the face

No because they fraud. If someone debloats massively ,gets under perfect lighting ,squints and then takes a picture that isn’t accurate to real life. A mirror selfie from 2 meters away is as accurate as it can get with very minimal lens distortion. It’s mostly cope.
