ratios for hollow cheeks

im just curious what ratios you can analyze to see if a individual can have hollow cheeks or not. you see personally i was 139lbs at 5,11-6,0 and yet there was no hollowness in my cheeks and i looked bloated, however i legit get hollow cheeks when theres light right above me so i cant determine if its a bone or buccal fat issue
