Ratios for surgical plan or expansion. 18M

So ive measured some of my ratios in the file thats attached below. It seems my zygos, infraorbitals and canthal tilt is lacking and ive seen some things about a surgical expander or marpe/maspe being able to fix these a bit. I think i also have a recessed maxilla thats downward grown or atleast not projected enough from my side in proportion to my ramus length.

Is my theory correct? Should i measure more ratios? (If so which should i measure to help asses the situation even better?)

Ill also provide the picture i measured and my side profile.

marpe widens nostils it descends it wont make your zygos appear wider as nasal width to bizygmatic will suffer so it will do the opposite.

then i'd just do rhino after tbh. Real bone is always better than implants. Oh and thanks for the compliment much appreciated.

yeah. he actualy has really good bones. marpe is such misinformation the airway guys have been treating it like bimax/trimax it doesnt do what kids think and ruins lives rather than saves them

tbf my tongue is too big to mew without touching any teeth for example. Someone did tell me that trimax was best to max out my side. But my frontal angularity would be way better if i had wider/more fwg zygos right? my facial fifths are also off my 1/5 and 5/5 are like about 10% lower than the other facial fifths.

If I had properly developed they would've grown forward and outward with my maxilla aswell if im correct? Just like my bad infra orbitals?
So would the game plan be trimax and custom zygomatic implants that would extend to the orbital rim?

I've decided i want to try and atleast become hhtn (Im very ND so i think it would improve my quality of life quite a bit).
