According to @nav_w1 Raw carrots prevents hormonal, stomach and facial bloating, promotes T production-maximization and more... But mainly, it provides carotenoids to our body, which will obviously improve the quality of the skin and the skin tone.
I was thinking of increasing my carrot intake, but I see that it's too much work and can even be toxic. But it's tastier, healthier, and won't give me fillers like magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide (which β-carotene supplements contain).
