According to @nav_w1 Raw carrots prevents hormonal, stomach and facial bloating, promotes T production-maximization and more... But mainly, it provides carotenoids to our body, which will obviously improve the quality of the skin and the skin tone.

I was thinking of increasing my carrot intake, but I see that it's too much work and can even be toxic. But it's tastier, healthier, and won't give me fillers like magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide (which β-carotene supplements contain).

will do some research tomorrow, i think carrots are better.
just Mt2 and dont cope.
 
Juicing carrots if it's possible for you could be very effective. You get the water soluble vitamins without the fibre which is useless to us and generally goes through the system. It may also be more palatable for you too (a god juicer is pretty expensive tho).

it work I went from dark to gold without over dosing/ sun exposure
 
You'll need to eat 250g carrot as a minimum just to get the beta-carotene in one pill

I've never heard of it tbh. I live in the UK and Nutribullet juicer is one of the most popular here, though I don't use a juicer myself.

You get more carotenoids if you cook them first.

Foods that are better raw are stuff like blueberries, egg yolks ,ect

Carrots and most vitamiA heavy foods found in plants need to be cooked to break down plant walls
 
Add sweet potatoes. They have even more beta carotene than carrots.
