3. The amount of these nutrients is nowhere near enough to cause ANY significant T boost

- Cooked egg protein is 90%+ bioavailable
- Raw eggs contain avidin which BLOCKS biotin absorption
- Cooking DESTROYS avidin, making the biotin available
- Raw eggs risk salmonella... for ZERO benefits

I have 5 raw eggs a day with raw cheese and butter and (unfortunately) cooked meat 4/5 days of the week (cant afford to have it everey day)
