I have access to Pasteur-fed eggs, I've been eating 6 eggs everyday since 3 months. Should I start consuming them raw? Is there anything to worry about parasites and bacteria? After watching videos I saw that some say parasites don't harm you, infact they're symbiants, and some say that parasites will harm you. What should I do? Consume eggs boiled, or raw? I've never consumed raw eggs before.
