Raw Meat and Raw Milk Cope Proof (GTFIH)

Raw milk & raw meat is cope, stop falling for this dumb shit

RAW MILK

the cope: "raw milk is good to ascend"

Reality

Pasteurisation barely changes the nutrition, its literally heating up the milk for 15 seconds to kill the bacteria. The amount of vitamins and nutrients being lost in this process does not matter in real diets.

Study:
Claeys et al., 2013 review comparing raw vs pasteurised milk. Conclusion: no meaningful nutritional advantage for raw milk XD.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22054181/

When some manlet argues that "oh no the enzymes going to get denatured", they don't know how the fucking body works because the stomach acid is strong enough to absolutely obliterate them too.

Raw milk isn’t fermented, so the probiotic angle is also cope, If you really want probiotics, drink kefir and have yoghurt.

No cope data:

Raw milk causes way more food poisoning per serving than pasteurised milk, not debatable. It suprises me how some idiot doesn't realise that raw milk has more than 150 times pathogens than normal milk

RAW MEAT

The cope:

“Cooking kills nutrients :feelstastyman::feelstastyman:. Our ancestors ate raw meat”
We haven't gone through tens of thousands of years of evolution just to fucking eat raw meat, our bodies aren't adapted to that shit.

Reality

There is zero human evidence that raw meat improves testosterone, muscle, bones, immunity so its not optimal for looks.

Cooking meat actually makes protein easier to digest and lets you extract more calories which should be common sense by now.

Study:
Carmody & Wrangham, 2009 . cooking increases net energy gain from food.
https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.0905277106

Humans have invented cooking to kill pathogens, have better tasting food, have more readily available nutrition and by not having it will not make you edgy or cool.

The nutrient loss thing is so exaggerated. Iron, zinc, creatine, taurine still there, this can be easily dealt with having just cheap supplements or having more cooked meat but its so negligible, it doesn't make sense. You are not losing anything if you cook your meat:sneaky:

Risk vs benefit

Raw meat has documented higher illness risk idk why it doesn't register with people but there is clear proof.

And before someone brings up steak tartare, its heavily controlled. It's still risky and doesn't have anything crazy good.

If raw meat worked, bodybuilders and athletes would be eating it .

food born illnesses linked to unpasteurised milk

WHY PEOPLE FALL FOR THIS

Because it feels anti-normie and edgy and they just want to try coping with their recessed facial structure.

It sounds cool. But it's retarded :/

TLDR FOR LOW ATTENTION SPANS

  • Raw milk has no significant proven benefit, higher risk
  • Raw meat has no significant proven benefit, higher risk
  • “Ancient” ≠ optimal
  • your feelings ≠ data
Cook your food. Eat properly. Stop trying to undo 10000's of evolution

If you think your raw milk or raw meat comes from a good and safe source, its probably cope because bacteria grows on them itself without needing any unhygienic environment.

Don't give copes, use science and lets have a logical argument behind it.

I agree with the fact having a largely meat based diet is probably the best but cook it

If you want to have those extra vitamins, eat those cheap ass vitamins because thats way more logical than risking your health for a fraction of what you are getting

Don't give copes, use science and lets have a logical argument behind it.
youre assuming the pasteurisation process for the milk of current is that simple, and there is no malicious interference in its production altering its content. most of what we consume, food and drink that is provided by retailers all ultimately subordinate to a singular cartel of corporations, is designed as a poison.
its overprocessed, inorganic, and tampered with.
for thousands of years and through contemporary times was milk consumed in its raw form without question. the illusion of progress is rather a progression of degradation.
evidence evidence evidence, ever consider the possibility that not all things that are said are true?
im not necessarily an advocate of raw meat or 'primal diets', but milk, its bacteria, is a beneficial beverage for man.

I do see your point, but i think pasteurisation is quite simple. Also the bacteria may be good for you but there are tons that are way worse.
The man back then wouldn't have the same type of digestive system as the man now does, we wouldn't have the same type of immunity to fight of the bacteria. Also i would definitely think that there would be cases of some type of disease. Also the milk they would have earlier would normally be consumed quite quickly and wouldn't have time to grow bacteria. But i do see your point of milk being heavily tampered with.

You can still get good amount of beneficial bacteria from kefir/yoghurt. :)

I personally eat relatively animal based, some red meat, organs, & fish. But I do eat my eggs raw.

Yes i also try to have raw eggs once in a while, but mainly get some boiling water then dipping eggs for like 15 sec and then drinking it. Idk if boiling the eggs for that much time would even have an effect:forcedsmile:

If you're that afraid of pathogens or don't like the taste of raw eggs then you could just eat them soft boiled, you don't lose too much nutrition.
