When some manlet argues that "oh no the enzymes going to get denatured", they don't know how the fucking body works because the stomach acid is strong enough to absolutely obliterate them too.

Humans have invented cooking to kill pathogens, have better tasting food, have more readily available nutrition and by not having it will not make you edgy or cool.
The nutrient loss thing is so exaggerated. Iron, zinc, creatine, taurine still there, this can be easily dealt with having just cheap supplements or having more cooked meat but its so negligible, it doesn't make sense. You are not losing anything if you cook your meat
