Yo wassup guys. After days of research and already eating a largely meat based diet, I've decided to switch to a raw meat / primal diet whatever you wanna call it. Save yourself the effort of calling this cope I do not care and you won't change my mind on this. If anyone wants to disagree I'm up for having a conversation about why but for now if there's any tips or information you can give me before hand would be grately appreicated. Yes, I will document this entire process with photos and videos.
THIS DIET INCLUDES :
Raw milk, raw yogurt, butter and cheese
Raw organs such as liver, hearts and bones
Raw meat, fish, chicken, ground beef etc
Fruit, ocassionally and no vegatables.
The benefits of this include; natural IGF 1 production, increased GH and skin endurence. I recommend anyone to do their actual research before tryna say it's cope. BLah blah blah.
