Raw meat is fine if it's quality local meat. It's just completely unnecessary, there's nothing wrong with searing meat. As for cholesterol, studies pretty consistently show that low cholesterol is associated with mortality and high cholesterol is associated with lower mortality. It's just one of these fictional narratives the jewish food corporations tell their media wings to keep in the public consciousness. If you eat well, your total cholesterol will rise and that's a good thing.

Funny, actually my ancestors ate nothing but meat and milk, now that I found clearly one doesn’t get sick from raw meat and I really coud save time since university subjects has been stressful.

Wow I really thought I was as clear as could possibly be, but of course it turned out there's someone on this forum who is such a retard that he doesn't know what the difference is between a closed and open mouth.

Let me try to explain it in a way that even you can understand:
Imagine that it was a regular Tuesday night for you and you were trying to swallow some guys seed, but turns out nothing could get into your mouth because your mouth wasn't open, that is what a closed mouth means.

raw egg is nice. you see it on jewish tv as a kid some tryhard gymcel drink it and shudder and don't even consider it. yesterday I broke an egg accidentally so I just fucking drank it. took 5 seconds jfl easier than fucking around with cooking, utensils, eggholder, tray, cleanup etc and it tasted neutral. maybe not as nice as runny boiled but it was fine
