Has anybody got results from long term drinking of raw milk or is it absolute cope bs?If it actually works for bone density better than semi-skimmed or whole fat,then why is it hated on so much?Should I start and how much should I be drinking daily during Teens 16 M.
I see people on threads saying it’s bs then there is others saying it’s the best thing a man could drink whilst developing from teen to adult.I know it won’t make me taller because I know how calcium works but I lack bone mass/density in my lower third,zygomatics and brow ridge regions.
Help me out please.
