Has anybody got results from long term drinking of raw milk or is it absolute cope bs?If it actually works for bone density better than semi-skimmed or whole fat,then why is it hated on so much?Should I start and how much should I be drinking daily during Teens 16 M.

I see people on threads saying it’s bs then there is others saying it’s the best thing a man could drink whilst developing from teen to adult.I know it won’t make me taller because I know how calcium works but I lack bone mass/density in my lower third,zygomatics and brow ridge regions.

Help me out please.

Raw milk does help it's not cope just don't drink raw milk every day

raw milk is great for you, but if your drinking it to have better bone density that’s not how it works, take magnesium glycinate + zinc aswell as calcium and vitamin c if you want to have more bone density, so drinking raw milk is only 1/4 of the formula. also, if you want bone mass/ density in your zygos, you can always do persistent bonesmashing, but mind you, it doesnt actially follow wolfs law, it crates scar tissue which swells the area and gives the illusion that you have higher bone mass, it replicates the bone

ngl raw milk is mostly cope for bone density. the calcium is bioavailable but it's not some magic potion. ur better off with actual supplementation like the guy said.

the bonesmashing part is kinda interesting, but it's more about scar tissue and inflammation than actual bone growth. if ur after zygomatic projection, that's a different game. maybe look into gnathic surgery if ur serious, but that's obviously a huge step.
