I watched a Huberman podcast recently and apparently the doc in the interview says milk, dairy increases free IGF1 and GH. Raw grass fed dairy is good for test or no? I see controversy saying that it lowers T increases E but raises GH? What's the truth vegan propaganda bullshit aside



I can get grass fed organic raw milk yes that's what I drink

I drank a liter of raw goat milk every day while taking MK and literally grew 0.75 inches of bidelt in under a month of gymcelling.

Just drink it. You act like it would make someone go from 700ng/dL to 400ng/dL. It probably decreases T by a very negligible amount jfl

Does the grass fed organic dairy really lower T? Or just conventional? Becuz it's expensive and if their fed good and treated good then it makes sense they'd produce anabolic androgenic milk even with the estrogen. I read milk has androgens in it too

Raw milk, eggs, and meat are the most androgenic consumables (if they are truely natural ofc) that you can take in large quantities without getting unneccasary health problems. I ate 25-30 eggs for three and a half weeks and made most of my strength gains in this time frame. Now though I’m trynna save some money to buy lgd and enclo, so only 10 eggs a day for now.

Raw dairy is very healthy from a pure micronutritional perspective. There are a few different issues with it though. Pasteurization changes how proteins are folded such that the body can possibly recognise them as pathogens and initiate an auto-immune reaction. Then there's cow casein (A1-beta casein) which is inflammatory for a lot of people. A2-beta casein as found in goat milk and other animals is tolerated by most people. So if your dairy is good quality and you tolerate it fine then it's a decent nutrition source although most people can only eat so much dairy before they start to feel constipated, it'll never be as clean digesting as meat.

I'm more interested in raw dairy's impact on male hormones and androgens. Any clue as to how it affects this?

milk increases estrogens. Im from Brazil and we export a lot of soy (super estrogenic food) to the world, do you want to know why? Because its the cheapest way to fed cows.

Your body know what hormones to produce and has a feedback system, milk won’t change that in any way, lol
 
It depends on your age.
If you drink raw milk before puberty, it's very good for you because testosterone levels don't matter that much at this age.
But if you drink during/after puberty it can lower your T levels.
And remember that a lot of farmers give cows anabolics to stay in 'pregnancy' (IDK how to say correct) stage, when she produces more milk than she is not pregnant, soooo the milk is full of estrogen and lowers T levels
