Compared to raw lamb and raw beef

Raw pork has a very thick texture

Interesting doesn't mean bad really

Only meat that tastes better cooked in Chicken. Fish , beef and lamb tastes better raw, especially beef. It's both brandish vs seasoned sear but also feels so much more cleaner in your mouth and stomach.

Chicken has a smell to it when raw but I think my butcher keeps old meat for Chicken

Pork just tastes thicker, especially with cuts with high fat. Pork excels in that regard

Veal mogs tbh, I almost hated eating raw until I tried veal.(Normal old cow beef is too chewy and hard)

I'm not into raw meat more so just high meat or animal based diet

I think as long as a majority of your micronutrient and macronutrient sources come from meat, you're good. This was more so just an experiment. I won't be eating pork especially raw, long term.
