Raw pork update.

Sry i wanted to post this a while ago, but as you know i'm going through alot of shit rn, so i kept putting it off.

It was pretty good. My uncle had me try it a little bit with wasabi and soy sauce as well, which tasted good, but I'd say it might have even been better pure. The consistency was sometimes a bit chewy, but that's just because it was thick cut and cut by hand instead of a machine. If you have the chance to try it, I would definitely recommend raw pork belly.

Tldr: rich and fatty, but kinda chewy.
Recommended.

Have had raw liver and raw steak not pork but i dont eat them anymore so
