only younger siblings, but nah i apreciate my parents ofc, they just not educated enough on the food topic, mom buys me liver tho every 1-2weeks so its awesome, also i get eggs and chicken/meat pretty much everyday

Raw liver? Man, you don’t even need raw milk at this point, lmfao, you’re going to be a GigaChad before you turn 18! Haha! Liver has abnormal levels of every vitamin you can possibly think of which is good if you are deficient. Do you eat your eggs raw btw? Also, are they pasture raised eggs?

Basic eggs mate from supermarket, they are high quality always here in finland becuase of the strict health laws.
also i eat cooked and raw eggs, whatever i feel like, sometimes boiled too, usually leave the yolk raw tho. and nah not raw, usually i sear the liver but raw inside. also nah man liver is good for health but its not gonna make me a chad man. jfl

Tbh I just hopped right into it and been feeling great ever since, never built anything up.

I don't buy any of my meat from the supermarket since in my country they all have preservatives in it and I just don't trust it.
I buy all my meat from a local butcher.
I'm from the netherlands.

Been on it for a couple of months now here's what my diet consists of:
raw liver
raw ground beef
raw eggs
raw honey
raw butter

Thought it was cope at first but was open minded and gave it a solid try, would never go back.

Positives:
MAIN THING I NOTICED, my shoulder width literally blew up (keep in mind I'm still a teen)
Extremely healthy and smooth looking skin, 0 acne.
Increased bone mass in face.
Got way leaner.
Haven't experienced bloating ever since hopping on this diet.
Face appears more symmetrical.
Feeling way better in general.

Negatives:
Pretty much none besides having a really high sex drive if you could see that as a negative.

(paired this with sleeping without an alarm so 9-10 hours of sleep every day HIIT sprinting and a very low stress lifestyle and I live in a very green area so good air quality)

I think this is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself if you're going through development and will drastically change your looks, I'm glad I did.

Your diet is perfect, add royal jelly kept in the refrigerator and never frozen to maximize your height potential.
