Earlier I saw this thread and decided to do a bit of research.
The main benefit I saw to "raw" things (be it meat milk or something else) was nutrients.
Question is: why go out of your way to get raw stuff , risk your health(never truly know if it was properly tested) , spend more money as I usually found that raw milk does tend to be more expensive? Get more nutrients you might say well I introduce to you : EATING MORE
Guess what! You aren't limited to the amount of milk or meat you can consume. Don't risk contacting harmful bacteria! Just eat more

How is it more expensive dumbass? Also if not lactose intolerant then normal milk is ok but raw milk is always better. Raw eggs and meat is ok depending

Water soluble vitamins. Raw meat is superior to cooked meat in every single way, you'd be surprised. I still eat cooked because I don't have good source for raw meat so.

imo it doesnt make a huge difference at 15yo but at 11yo takin it might be worth it

Second question, does drinking raw milk everyday increase lifespan, height, facial bone structure if you’re still in puberty or even early adulthood? FYI: I read somewhere about this “guy”that lived on raw milk only for 20 years, he would fast for 24 hours and than break his fast via raw milk, his facial bone structure is very well defined and he’s currently 87 years old, if raw milk not only benefits your health, lifespan and facial attractiveness, this it is indeed a superfood, no wonder the small hats are trying to make it illegal in all states in the US!

Thank you for your detailed response, I now have a better understand on what the human body needs in order to flourish and thrive. When it comes to the eggs, should they be pasture raised or are free range eggs also okay to eat raw? This might be a really dumb question but I must ask, what are egg whites? Is it the slimy/gooey stuff around the egg yolk? Also, is there a particular colour the egg yolk should be that indicates it’s not hormone injected? And yes, I agree , both raw milk and raw meat is necessary for a balanced diet.

Do you have to eat raw eggs everyday or can you consume them every other day?

Egg yolk is the inside part of the egg, egg white is the outside gooey part, typically colourless or white
Pasture raised eggs are better as the chickens are given a lot of place to roam and eat grass and worms which are biochemically healthy.
Healthy egg yolks are orange in colour, this suggests that the chicken is healthy and is nutritious
Egg whites are not nutritious and contain anti nutrients like avidin which binds with the biotin present in the egg yolk, when u eat them both raw, the avid in inhibits the absorption of biotin and thus makes u biotin deficient .
So I would suggest u to eat the egg yolk raw, throw out the egg white, or u can cook the egg white alone to remove the anti nutrients and also u will gain some extra protein from egg whites

I eat abt 6 raw egg yolks everyday
Depends on u, minimum is 3, u can eat more if u want, depends on ur preference, also try to consume raw egg yolks daily.

Have you seen his documentary “The only black pill video you need to see”? Near the end of the video, he shows all these transformation of 18-19 year olds that morphed into Chads and High Tier Normies just from eating raw meat and raw egg yolks, do you think it’s possible for one’s facial bone structure to improve after the age of 18?

Ya I do watch his vids, I do agree with his ideologies on the majority, I have my own opinion for some of his takes, yes I saw his documentary
If u are lucky and u have a late puberty, ur bone structure could change after eating raw primal
I think goatis is over exaggerating the power of raw primal thinking that all ur bones will change which is not right.
Most of ur structures depends on genetics, but if u actually eat raw primal when u are young, surely u will have a good bone structure

Yes I have, clear skin, wider jaw, prominent cheekbones, reduced upper eyelid exposure, also height growth
I don’t eat raw meat though, because currently it is not available
For now I consume raw eggs, raw milk and fruits from my farm

Wow, that’s amazing, I’m glad to hear that you’ve benefited greatly from the natural diet. How old were you when you started though? Also, how long did it take before you started noticing these pleasant changes?
