eg. I always thought avoiding the sun and using sunscreen was the key to preserve the skin, nowadays it appears it was all a psyop and sun is BENEFICIAL

Yeah but there’s still a bunch of harmful light. There’s less UVB but there’s still a ton of UVA in the mornings and evenings
