Why would I respond to trolls and teenagers yapping online

Some true things need no further explanation: I am slow, I tend to run behind, every once in a while people have surgical complications. Okay... and what? Everyone knows that already. Reasonable people know complications can happen and they can be totally irrelevant from the implant design.

Some untrue things have been addressed and proven wrong already: Scam claims. Some people were delayed for a mix of legitimate business projects running overtime than expected (I needed more time than I thought to restructure my business to be better in the long term, which meant I had to rip the bandaid off and drop the ball for a bit and accept the chaos in the short term) and I needed some extra time to get over a personal problem. All it takes is one person to say they think its an 'exit scam' plot and it starts a mass panic getting everyone riled up for no reason. That was always ridiculous because I have been around for years and am not going anywhere.

And even when I had to slow down I never put out shit... Ive always taken every case equally seriously. A lot of the surgical plans I made form Nov - Mar, when I was emotionally devastated, were still immaculate. I even improved and made new inventions and modifications in that time. But I wasnt ready to come to istanbul or be in the OR yet.

Other wild claims are clearly trolling and not even going to mention them. Its probably a 14 year old writing it.

Look on IG thats what im doing . Not everyone can come to the best.......... I want everyone to come to Giant I hate for someone to have to go to the second best place but I cant do everything
