Guys, so many people are discussing on social media which of the 2 are better?
Eating real food.
That fruits and honey are better than sweets and you shouldn’t eat processed stuff, even not zero drinks.
The other ones are saying (Chemistry sloop)
It doesn’t mane a lot of a difference, if you eat real food(fruits and honey) or a snickers bar.
They believe that calories=calories.
also that zero drinks are not bad.
To be honest, I am on the side of the real food consume.
I beliefe that fruits, honey etc are literally better for your body than this ultra processed slop, which they call food.
Yeah some times I have some sweets too, because I am also a human
