ask me why if u want an explanation because most of u have the attentionspan of a 14yo girl and i cba to write essays

real things to train:
- UR resting face
- UR NECK
- UR WHOLE BACK (upper, middle, lower, all 3)
- ur obliques
- ur glutes
- ur quads (includes hip flexors)
- ur hamstrings
- ur tibialis
- ur calves
- ur forearms

thats all u need to train, chest, triceps, biceps are secondary/will be trained with the lat workouts

ideal split:
- hams/tibia/neck
- obliques/lats/neck
- quads/glutes/calves
- lower back/glutes/hams
- forearms/middle back/quads

do whatever u want on the 2 other days of the week

some incels will comment "core" but remember every workout is a core workout. if u arent engaging ur core while training, just off urself.
and glutes, back, obliques, etc are 70% of the core

You would just go and hunt every now and then, not much more. I think diet is far more important than training for general well being but I agree you have to train today because the food is so shit

I like training the chest and big upper body muscles twice a week atleast.

chest is an accessory muscle, that means it's just there to assist ur back with the load. same with biceps. not really sure why modern day ninjas give it so much importance. but ye it feels good to train same with biceps etc
