Realising my norwooding is worse than I thought is really frustrating

I can't tell if it's gotten worse or not. But either way, I don't think I'm getting any regrowth at my temples without a transplant. Minoxidil might help, but topical doesn't work for a lot of guys, and temples are the hardest to regrow
