No, I am a few years younger than you but it's the same story for everyone with acne scars. It gets harsher with age because your collagen breaks down over time. You need to get treatment for it...

As for skin tone, it's not that much of a dealbreaker. Yes, a lot of women have a preference for men with a more tanned complexion but it means NOTHING without bones and harmony. Besides most people in Poland have a similar pale skin tone to you so it is the least of your problems...

If you're that concerned about skin:
Beta carotene supplements + 300g of carrots a day for a golden glow
Astaxanthin supplement for a glow (if you're willing to risk fcking up your DHT levels)
Retin - A or Adapalene for the skin. There was a study posted here a while back that Adapalene had similar efficacy on collagen remodelling for atrophic acne scars relative to microneedling treatments... maybe a low cost option for you.

Then obviously get the right treatments for your acne scars.
TCA chemical peel for ice picks I heard was effective
For boxcar and rolling a combination of subcision with lasers.

You'll have to talk to a dermatologist though. They will cater to the best treatments towards your scarring type(s)...

You got to make an effort at least though...
