realistically if i were to stop consuming seed oils/ any type of processed food, how much would my test increase by?

i just turned 18 and my test is 506ng. i get vitamin d, 10k+ steps, and i lift 4 days a week. for the most part i do eat pretty clean but i still consume things like rice cakes or some type if shitty carbs. what can i do to get even higher test?

You could take a look on your diet and determine if you are deficient in Zinc, Magnesium or Boron, if you are so implement those in to your diet. Other than getting good healthy sleep, there's not much more you could optimize if we're talking just nutrition and lifestyle.

realistically, cutting out seed oils and processed foods might help a bit, but it’s not gonna skyrocket your test from 506 to like 800+. most of the boost you’d get is from lowering chronic inflammation and improving insulin sensitivity, which could give you a mild bump—maybe 50–100ng/dl over time if everything else is dialed in.

if you’re already lifting, walking, and getting sun, the next steps would be tightening up sleep (8+ hrs, consistent schedule), managing stress, and eating more saturated fats from whole foods—eggs, red meat, full-fat dairy. also check your zinc and magnesium intake, they play a big role too.

you’re young tho—your levels could still climb naturally over the next couple years. just stay consistent and don’t chase random hacks too hard.
