Realistically none of you are actually getting plastic surgery right?

Completely ignoring the immense social stigma against male plastic surgery, the risk to benefit ratio is completely insane, which is why the small portion of the forum that actually goes through with it are either extremely desperate or just mentally ill. It’s expensive, has long recovery times, and the chances of you getting completely bogged are crazy. I’ve seen so many before/afters where the guy either looks around the same if not worse afterwards.

Chances are unless you have one defining failo holding back an otherwise high psl face, you’ll regret it. Also if your failo isn’t easily fixed with surgery that only further complicates it. Good luck trying to ever fix your asymmetrical eyes, your NCT, FWHR, or skull shape.

Only failos worth going under the knife for are jaw and nose.

I will be doing something about my under eye area in the next 5 years and will get a hair system within the next two or three years when it will be impossible to hide that I’m losing hair. Other than that I gave up on the idea of a jaw implant.

It massively depends (as almost everything does). If it's done after a large amount of research, targeting the issue as opposed to a perceived issue, and done with an experienced surgeon, you can obtain a massive improvement. Of course there are risks, but the risks are much lower (and approach zero) if want you're after is reasonable and the doctor is very competent

I've had a few and I'm happy with all of them. I've jumped from a 3-4 to a 7-8 although I also soft-maxed as well - losing weight, etc

I'm getting trimax ccw, rhino, and eye surgery, will probably get almond eye surgery, I just seen a very good result on the forum and have seen plenty other good results too, as long as you only fix failos it should be fine.
