I was thinking that a respectable and impressive sleep schedule would be sleeping at 8 pm and waking up at 4 am, or something similar (even possibly 7 pm and waking up at 3 am). But at the same time, you can just not do anything late socially, or when you wake up you have more time to work on work/school-related things that you didn't complete the night before.
But I feel like this may just interfere with regular social events or even work/school in some aspects. Is there any practical/optimal sleep schedule that one should strive to get? Possibly ones that keep your mind and brain at ease/motivated?
And yes, I believe there is a perfect time to go to sleep and wake up. It's not a personal preference.
