I wanted to buy a bathmate and a phallosan forte penis extender even 2 years ago when I first read about PE but I obviously was too high inhib and poor at 17. I was so hopeful the entire time thinking these devices will change my life at least a bit. Now I have both devices, I'm turning 20 soon. I've used them twice and I'm sure they won't work. I cannot feel any stress on my penis at all. If you don't feel anything, there's no chance of growth.
It's depressing when a long lasting hope gets crushed, but I'll move on (as an incel).

I used it the correct way. I have hope in the phallosan forte longterm, but I don't believe the bathmate will have any effect. I'll use both for a few months and drop them if I see no improvements.
