I’m 17 6,0 and weigh 160. I’ve cut down from being fat af at 190 and put on muscle. I’m confused if I should keep going down to 145-150 and get very defined abs ( I’m skinny fat rn). Or start the lean bulk to 180.

I'd start the lean bulk. U have a good base for it
 
Nah you're just gonna get skinny if you keep cutting, i'd focus on putting on lean mass slowly so you gain mostly lean tissue

do you think i should just lean bulk. and if I take supplements and lcarntitine will I also lose fat or is that jus bullfuckery i heard.
 
Hence the word lean

True recomp/FFM gain is pretty hard to balance so you'll most likely just gain muscle mass along with fat.
