Hello my fellow niggas, I've just encountered a pretty promising surgeon in Colombia, He does implants, lefort and bimax, and surprisingly a pretty similar process to giant, etc. I've seen his results https://www.tiktok.com/@maxiloplastia Its better than turkey for the following reasons: Colombia has one of the most strict medical licensing in the world (imo), family members have done various procedures high risk in Colombia because besides cheap is also mostly safe, I currently reside in Colombia, In Colombia surgeons and doctors cant have that legal immunity that is popular in Istambul, so yeah im gonna aim for a bimax with him in a few years.

Jaw implants with him about 6 k on peek malar includding infras and being saddle about 4 k he quoted me today he seem as a good surgeon ngl he showed me before and after guys were like ltns and end up as hmtn showed me just jaw implants results and one malar ngl all were solid he gatekeep his patienents before and after even to an autistic guy like me who was ready to go for it good guy ngl,he also perform trimax,blepharoplasties,browlifts,forehead reduction asked if he can perform canthoplasty and said he have made it but in my case he would suggest a oculoplastic he perform his surgeries without someone,thinking on getting saddle inframalar implants with him and jaw with someone else for the price i have like 3.5k save and can make 500 to 750 bucks on my country for month he said he can use fat and asked what surgery should i get in 10-15 years without thinking he said face lift

Porque te verán, ya sea con él o con otro cirujano maxilofacial; todo el mundo es libre de operarse y poner su rostro en manos de quien sea, pero lo que quiero decir es: sinceramente, no hay nada como ir a ver a tu cirujano en persona en lugar de hacerlo virtualmente.

why do you change your mind ? is the surgeon not good at cheek implants?

They re like 4.5 k and to be honest his results are uncanny on the jaw similar to linoob results but worse,too plastic,he doesn’t show me many cheek results i was coping that i liked cause i think I would be able to afford it i was giving my self hope also i don’t think peek is ideal for inframalar area skin there is too thin on that área the best results often are with silicone also ha filler mog hard to give support on the midface while implants might damage soft tissue and cause bone erosion
