Not is not projected well enough and due to my overbite I am also some recessed :forcedsmile::forcedsmile: if it really makes projection in maxilla and mandible both.
I will take risk because I am already having bite issues if I first get braces then belt pull will cause bite problems again

You can do it with the perfume bottle , , rock, Hammer (After 10 week) You will need to hold the bottle with the cap still intact and hit it. Do not use a hammer: it generates too much force, which can cause brain damage.

Force required for different facial areas
Each area has a different force threshold for seeing gains:
1. The supra/infraorbitals require the least amount of force to see changes
( hooding in 15 weeks).
Hooding is not caused by the growth of the brow ridge but by the enlargement of the supraorbitals.
Bonesmashing the brow ridge too much can make you look ogre-like and unappealing.
2. The cheekbones require more force than the supraorbitals.
3. The chin requires even more force.
4. The nose (nasion and radix) comes next.
5. The mandible requires much more force.
6. The gonions require the highest amount of force.

To summarize, the amount of force required increases in this order:
Infraorbitals < Supraorbitals < Cheekbones < Chin < Nose (nasion and radix) < Mandible < Gonions.

Beware of the risks
Do not overdo supraorbital bonesmashing: if you overdo it, your eyelashes might become less visible. It is important to maintain a small amount of upper eyelid exposure to keep your eyelashes noticeable.

Do not overdo cheekbone bonesmashing: it can make your face excessively wide and disrupt your ES ratio (Eye-Spaced Ratio).
